How it works…
For a start, it’s only for registered businesses in our sector. This online shopping facility is B2B -only for wholesalers and retailers nationwide.

Existing Customers will find their sales history already online so once you access the shop – using the codes provided – it will just be another channel for you to use.
Feel free to use whichever means of placing your order you want to use…

New Customers
If you want to buy online and you don’t already deal with us- you have to become a customer first! Just fill in an application form ,sign it , send it back to us, have your account approved and payment and discount terms set. This should only take a day or so but this is a very important initial stage, not least, because without an account you wlll not be able to access our promotional , clearance or contract prices!

Once you’re set up, we will send you an account code and a password – by email- to access the online wholesale. (It’s important to remember, you’re free to order in any way that suits you -you can send us an email or place your order over the phone or write us a telegram… we don’t mind)

How It Works
Follow the online prompts. The system will present you with your specific prices – your wholesale tariff or the promotional or contract price that applies to you – and will indicate whether the product you want is in stock at the time you place your order.

Once you have finalised your order, it will be checked back at JP Head Office to re-confirm the prices and availability and we will then send you a Proforma Invoice by email.
Remember, It’s in our collective interests to ensure we offer you the best possible prices . We want you to order again and again… So please make sure you benefit from all the Special Offers and New Products which we will not only be available to view from within the shop environment but will also be highlighted on the Offers and New Products carousels.


Get in touch with us by phone or email if there are any products that you think are good sellers and fit our product profile but that we don’t currently offer-we’d be happy to consider sourcing it for you. Or maybe you’ll want to make a deal that might require some hard-nosed negotiation. We’re always at the other end of the phone if you want us to consider any or all of these things…

At this stage, after we have sent you a proforma and you are happy with the proposed order, should your terms so require, payment will then need to be made – either by BACS or credit card.
Dependent on your location and the size of your order, and whether the goods are Chilled , Frozen or Ambient, our systems will work out the most effective mode of transport and- if your order qualifies – we’ll send your goods Free of Charge (see delivery terms adjacent). Otherwise a small delivery charge will apply and that’s it!
You should receive your order a few days after payment (or confirmation of acceptance) and you’ll get your official (tax) invoice by email around this time too.

If your order value is over £400.00 or over £600.00 depending on wherever you are in the UK- except Islands and Highlands (…sorry!) where a surcharge will need to apply – then you will get free delivery. Less than these values and a small delivery charge will need to apply but we will try and be gentle! Any orders overseas will be handled on their individual circumstances.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund usually by BACS or Faster Payments or by raising a credit note against your account balance. You will aim to process any credit as soon as possible.

Returns Shipping & Costs
Mostly you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item – even if we undertake the arrangement to get the goods back ourselves on your behalf. Reimbursement of shipping costs are at the discretion of John & Pascalis Ltd. If you receive a refund or credit note, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
